Distilled in 2021. Crafted at the distillery (family single estate) in Touzac in Charente.
Un-chill filtered.
Bottling in 2024.
We reinterpret the ageing process : finishing in Oloroso Sherry casks enriches our Cognac with new aromas, toasted walnut, almond and red berries.
