Tasting notes.
Eye : The "Barrel 78" Cognac has a reddish-brown colour with mahogany highlights.
On the nose : A predominantly floral nose, rather typical of dried flowers. Aromas of Camomile, warm stones. Hints of beechwood can also be detected.
A very round and expressive Cognac on the palate. Lingers on light notes.
