Crafted predominantly from ugni-blanc grapes, this Cognac is a product of sustainable viticulture on the chalky soils of Petite Champagne, known for their limestone content. The Cognac is aged primarily in French Limousin Oak barrels, spending 4 to 8 months in new casks before being transferred to older 'roux' casks for several more years, thus ensuring a rich depth of flavor.
