Description
It is through double maturation that we have chosen to work on the aging of this 100% French whisky. A first maturation in cognac barrels, in the heart of the BACHE-GABRIELSEN cellars, will reveal the body of this whiskey and its roundness; finally a second maturation in barrels used to age the House's Très Vieux Pineau des Charentes completes this refining and gives the whiskey gourmet aromas of pear and sun-drenched Mirabelle plums.
